Chicken Rolls

This is one of my all time favorite recipes.  They are so tasty.  One of the greatest things about Chicken Rolls is you can make a lot and freeze them for later.

Ingredients:

* 8 oz. soften cream cheese
* 1/2 cube margarine
* 1 1/2 tsp minced dried onion
* 2 cups chicken
* 1/2 tsp pepper
* 2 packages crescent rolls
*Stove Top stuffing (crushed)

Directions:
Mix 1/4 cube margarine and cream cheese.  Add onions, chicken, and pepper.  Mix until well blended.  Spread out crescent rolls.  Place spoonful of chicken mixture on rolls.  Roll up the rolls to cover the entire chicken mixture.  Roll in melted margarine  (1/4 cube) and then in crushed  Stove Top stuffing.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown.  Serve witch chicken gravy and mashed potatoes.

* You can also make turkey rolls.   Instead of using chicken, use left over turkey.  Great for after Thanksgiving!
